The recipients are listed below with the link to stories about how corporations and technology can help homeless people everywhere.

Corporations have used philanthropy for years to repair tarnished images and gain customers. What’s new is the use of social media like Facebook, Twitter, My Space, and so forth, to reach masses of people willing to be a part of that philanthropy.

So I’ve also combed the internet for sites and applications where you can help your favorite cause. As another link proves, it’s also a great way to find people with whom you’ve lost touch.
