Special edition: a missed alternative to panhandling

I ran across this while on my weekly search. Although compassionate and helpful, it did not mention Street Newspapers as a way to help homeless people. This is a big current issue here in SLC. I hope the people who need to hear about ways to reduce panahndling see this. Readers, please help spread the word. Street papers work. Street papers help.
